New Banners

You might have noticed by now (if you haven’t, keep refreshing the page) that a new banner has finally been uploaded. Yes, it is no other than esteemed visitor and occasional poster, John Nguyen. It’s a bit of a rush job, but more will be coming in the new few days.
John has now been featured more than anyone else in the site banner. Here’s the hall of fame:

UPDATE: I have now added a few more banners, some of which are rarer than others. I won’t show you any of them though - the fun is in discovering them.
What needs mentioning is that if you are reading this right now, you are a valued supported of Cameland and deserve to have your own picture on the site header. So, what are you waiting for? If you’re creatively minded, make a banner (877 x 140 pixels) or for those of you who just don’t have the time or capacity, just send over a bunch of photos to banners@cameland.net and you will be well on your way to becoming an internet superstar. Besides, Cameland is way cooler than MySpace or bebo, and anyone (well almost) is free to make a contribution - just contact one of the admins (myself or Dom) and slip us a bribe (or ask politely, but don’t write an essay).

This site has come a long way since the fateful day on the 15th of February but it is now such an important day that some people even celebrate their birthday on the day of Cameland.net’s founding. And in that time, you’ve collectively made 5753 visits (including the 18 who came from bebo) which have accounted for the majority of my web hosting bill (SOMON: You said you love Cameland so much you’d pay for it to stay up, but I’m still waiting).
I just re-read this post and I’m pretty sure that my style of writing is a huge inside joke that only I will ever understand.
I don’t see any new banners yo (apart from johns). MOAR
New banners looking mad, especially the ones we took up at skyhigh. Good work vincey, I’ll have to come to your house and make more some day.
