Day Nine – Friday, Hitting the Clubs, Kangaroo Island
Waking up to Andy and Bo returning from work at around 12pm I find Dom getting ready for the trip to Kanga. It’s also hard trying to sleep when you have little kids punching you in the face telling you to play with them. After a while the whole family is here ready to go off on there “wild” adventure.
They soon leave and now its just me, Bo and Sam (Bo’s little sister). What else is there to do but to hit the clubs. So we call out Ora (the chick) and we are off to the clubs. We go to miami night at the HYATT (Latino and RNB). You guys probably think I get lucky or some shit yeah? Well guess what? I wasn’t allowed in. That freakin bouncer refused entry on me because I was not classy enough for him. I had to wear a collar shirt and no laced shoes, so pretty much what Jaso wears.
I had to be rushed back home and get changed just so I can get in. And so I am finally allowed in and I find out the clubs over here in Adelaide ain’t nothing like what I am used to in Melbourne. I see people salsa’ing, and I see others trying to dance, it was like “Am I in the right place?” It was a mixed club so there were different types of people but what really sucked was that I was the only Asian guy and also the youngest looking guy there. There were so many times when I fought I was gonna get my ass whooped. After the whole night spent dancing and shit all we leave the clubs. I soon find out the one of Bo’s ex’s did want to whoop my ass. WTH…
While somewhere over in Kanga the boys were having there fun I guess. Especially trying to spy on that one jap chick, HAHAHHHAHAH!!! It’s funny because she was taken and they couldn’t do jack all.
Day Ten – Saturday, Bike riding, Sea Lions, Girls night in
It’s Saturday and I woke up kinda bored so I went into the back and grabbed one of the bikes that were lying around and decided to go for a ride around the neighborhood. I found a “small” park somewhere behind Bo’s house and decided I’ll just do a lap of this park then go back home. I’m riding for like 10 mins and I haven’t even started going around yet, I’ve just been riding straight. I soon realize that this is not a small park at all but some huge land that’s been leading me nowhere. As soon as I knew that I turn straight back around and headed home.
Somewhere over on Kangaroo Island the boys are enjoying the rocky scenery and watching the seals and sea lions lying on the beach. They also enjoy there seafood BBQ and swimming pool at the resort they are staying in. I don’t really know much but that is the main gist of things over there.
Back here Ora (the chick) wants to come over because she’s bored at home and all, so when she comes over its just Bo, Sam and Me. We decide to watch a movie at home but first we needed go out and get us some munchies. We end up getting KFC and watching Tristan + Isolde, which I must say is a pretty good movie.
Day Eleven – Sunday, Hitting the outside of the clubs
Nothing happens during the day, just visit the back shop, buy food to survive, you know this and that. The Kanga crew is coming back 9.30 tonight and we fought why not take them out to hit the clubs. We get ready to hit the clubs and wait for those guys to return. Ora (the chick) comes by and chills here while we wait. At around 10.15 those bastards finally return home and we had to go quick because we were meeting up with some more of Bo’s friends.
We go to the PIER (House and RNB) and it’s pretty packed. We get in since all clubs in Adelaide is either really cheap or free and they don’t event check your age, only your picture and expiry date. Inside the PIER you get the same feeling as I had in the HYATT, very very vunerable. There were so many fully sicks you just could not feel safe for a second. You don’t want to stare at anyone too long because everyone is looking at you giving you the daggers.
Me and Andy soon accustom ourselves to the environment and are enjoying the scene. Dom seemed to be a bit iffy about the whole occasion and didn’t seem to be having any fun at all. While we did try to get him involved he just did not budge. He then pulled a Matt and left the joint. Me and Andy being good friends as we are decided to join Dom on the outside. The rest of the night was spent chilling.
Day Twelve – Monday, Tennis, TBs, Trims
Well this could be one of our most boring days we have had as of yet. We did basically nothing for most of the day until Bo asked us if we wanted to go Tennis. Hell yes, something to get us out of the house. We got all our gear and headed off to this tennis court hidden in the back alley of the streets. We got there and the court has been taken. So what do we do? Well we are Asian and Andy looks pretty gangster. We hang around the court looking upon these innocent fools. And in about 10 mins they up and go.
During our time on the court we try to explain how Sam is a TB. She denies that she is one of course but when you see her you will understand. So we all try to get her to know that being a TB might that be as bad as she thinks because every girl practically goes through it one stage or another. Look at Bo, she’s still a TB and she knows it.
Back home everyone is settling in just lazing about, then all of a sudden everyone is getting their hair cut and stuff. So watch out guys when we come back you’ll hardly even recognize us.
